- Please email a Return Request to topmixinfo@gmail.com.  

- Garment/s bought online will need to be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.

 - Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still  attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

 - Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings all accessories are unable to be returned.

All return items are credit note or exchange only. NO MONEY REFUND. 

- Once we confirm the item(s) has been returned correctly, and we approve the request after inspection of the garment, we will send you an email with your store credit for the full amount, once RECEIVED by the established date of 10 days within delivery. LATER RETURN DATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

- If it is a  SIZE EXCHANGE, please specify, and we will make the exchange, once the item is returned in the same conditions it was purchased. New shipping charges will be payed by the customer or they are welcome to pick up at the store.

-We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email right away and provide a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process within a day of receiving the garment. In the rare event your item has a make-up stain on it we are happy to credit you the dry cleaning bill.

- SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.  All SALE purchases are final.

-All Sales made in out brick mortar store shall be return within 4 days of the sale, and under the same conditions required for the garment above. 

-Credit will expire in 30 days and can only be used once.
